• Age: Entrants must be aged 18 years and over at the time of entry.
• Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter.
• Competition is open to UK and US locations, subject to prize limitations:
• Competition is only available to new customers who have signed up via website trial registrations from February 16, 2026 until March 31, 2026. Excludes app sign-ups.
• 12-month Reading Eggs and Mathseeds subscription available worldwide.

The Promotion begins February 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on 31 March 2026.

To enter, eligible entrants must satisfy Item 5 and:

• New Customers: Sign up for a free 30-day trial starting February 16th, 2026 through March 31st, 2026 11:59 EST. Does not include app registrations. Valid for new customers only.

• One entry per person. Entrants are eligible to enter once during the Promotion period stated in Item 6
• Entries will be accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. All costs associated with entering the Promotion will be the sole responsibility of the entrant.
• Persons may not enter or participate in this Promotion on behalf of any third party.
• The Promoter will not accept any responsibility for lost or late entries.

Entries must be complete Item 7 (Entry Method) to be eligible. Prize draw will take place at 10:00 AM EST on April 2, 2026. The judges' decision is final.

One entry per person.

Winner will be notified on April 6, 2026.

Winners will be notified via the email used for their readingeggs.com account.

• *12-month subscription includes access for up to four children within the same household. To redeem the free 12-month subscription access, you must first cancel your current subscription. Please note that the free access will commence at the end of your current billing term, and no refunds can be issued for previous subscription purchases outside of our 30-day refund policy.

• Winners will be notified via the email address used for their readingeggs.com account.
• Winners will receive a 12-month subscription code via email which will need to be applied to their Reading Eggs account. Instructions on how to do this are as follows:
• Check your current subscription status by visiting the My Account tab on your Parent Dashboard and selecting Manage My Subscription. If you do not have an active subscription, please visit the Redeem Promo Code page to activate your subscription using your unique code. If you currently have an active subscription, you’ll need to cancel this and wait for any remaining time to expire before activating your 12-month code. Follow the Support Instructions link below for guidance.
• No compensation will be payable if the Prize Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated for whatever reason.
• Unclaimed prize draw date: Subscription code valid until July 6th, 2026.

• The Promoter shall not be liable for any losses of damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained on incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this promotion and/or its prizes.
• The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability/merchantability of any of the goods/services offered as prizes.
• If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for any losses to any party arising from any variation or cancellation.
• The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Promotion.
• Ownership of all material will rest with The Promoter and may use all personal information collected in connection with this Promotion in accordance with the principles and purposes outlined in its Privacy Policy at www.readingeggs.com/privacy. Additionally, Meta platforms are used to advertise or promote the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta; and to release Meta from all liability in relation to this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not Instagram.

In the case where the winner(s) decide they do not wish to be part of this Promotion and/or disagree with the Terms & Conditions outlined in some or all of the Items outlined above, they're requested to email support@readingeggs.com with the subject line "Withdrawal from Giveaway" and include their name and email address during the Promotion period stated in Item 6. Doing so will lead to withdrawal from the Promotion.
