Reading Eggs and the NCCS
The National Children's Cancer Society (NCCS) provides children and their families the strength, assistance, and financial support they need to cope with the devastating disease of childhood cancer. Every day, over 700 children around the world are diagnosed with cancer, and if there's one thing that families facing a childhood cancer diagnosis have in common, it’s fear. Parents face a future filled with anxiety and uncertainty. They require ongoing emotional, financial, and practical support to help them get through their difficult journey.
But, with the help of the NCCS, no family has to endure the costs and heartache of pediatric cancer alone.
Since 1987, NCCS has helped over 38,000 children with cancer and their families by:
- providing ongoing emotional support;
- distributing over $62 million in financial assistance; and
- educating thousands of survivors and their families with educational resources.
Reading Eggs is committed to supporting this life-changing work by donating $2 to The National Children's Cancer Society for every new trial registration to a maximum of $25,000.
Thank you for considering Reading Eggs to help your child learn to read, and for supporting The National Children's Cancer Society. Your support makes a real difference in improving the lives of thousands of families affected by childhood cancer. For more information visit thenccs.org.
